As a Skills Framework for the Information Age (SFIA) Accredited Consultant, Asheley is experienced in providing advice on the global skills and competency frameworks required in the digital world. SFIA offers a model for describing and managing competencies for ICT professionals and is applicable to an increasing number of businesses who are adapting to the changing requirements of the modern workplace.

With this knowledge, Asheley guides businesses in the development and refinement of competency-based frameworks.

Both Directors of Zena Consulting, Asheley and Charlynn, are members of the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency (TEQSA) Register of Experts.

TEQSA is Australia’s independent national quality assurance and regulatory agency for higher education; their purpose is to ensure quality assurance that supports diversity, innovation, and excellence for students. As members of this association, Asheley and Charlynn provide expert advice to education providers and businesses regarding quality assurance and regulation involved in the development of training courses in the higher education sector, providing TEQSA reviews.
