As a leader in the emerging areas of skills frameworks and credentialing, Asheley utilises advanced project management and communication skills to assist organisations become more targeted and proficient in their core business, resulting in significant revenue gains.

A leader in digital disruption, Asheley harnesses business intelligence solutions for the benefit of her clients. As a Director with Zena Consulting, her role is to work with organisations to identify innovative solutions in the technology and education markets to create enhanced market opportunities.

Asheley is a SFIA (Skills Framework for the Information Age) accredited trainer and consultant with demonstrable experience in the analysis, design and implementation of workforce readiness solutions. She is also on the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency (TEQSA) panel of experts. These accreditations provide Asheley with the knowledge and expertise to conduct pre-submission reviews in IT and computing.

In 2021, Asheley was made a Fellow of the Australian Computer Society in recognition of her international, sustained contribution to the ICT industry.
